- Bookings: if we confirm your request, we keep your details as a customer record to run the tour and contact you about it.
- Technical data: basic server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) to keep the site secure.
Who we share it with
Tourfect, which hosts this site and sends emails for us, and its service providers (hosting and email delivery). We don't sell your data or share it for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep booking requests and customer records for as long as we need them to run tours and keep proper business records, then delete them.
